Training
We offer a series of formal training classes on modeling, simulation, workforce management and activity-based costing aimed at both analysts and operation managers. These classes include tutorial material and hands-on computer exercises that Meta staff deliver onsite.

Mentoring
Meta's experienced consultants are available to work alongside your technical staff and provide hands-on guidance in customizing, modifying and validating model results. Mentoring programs are customized to account for your existing technical capabilities and future goals. Our consultants average over 10 years of experience in large commercial banking environments and thus can work in a manner consistent with bank culture.
