MetaFore Scheduler

The MetaFore Scheduler is a fully functional workforce management application that integrates with the MetaFore Analyzer. It assists in planning workforce requirements and generates automated staff schedules for the back-office centers across your enterprise.

The Scheduler augments the Analyzer's "what-if" analysis with volume forecasts based on historical data. This component also builds a comprehensive, modifiable employee database that can be integrated with your company's time and attendance systems for greater scheduling accuracy and flexibility.

Using the employee database, future volume forecasts and staffing requirements from the Analyzer, the Scheduler automatically generates schedules optimized to reflect your staff's work priorities. In addition, the Scheduler ensures that the automated schedules comply with your HR guidelines.
